Bootcamp/HIIT Training

A competitive community that thrives on intense & challenging training to elevate their fitness levels through out-of-the-box limit-pushing workouts. Leaving you breathless with incredible results.

POUND - Rockout. Workout.

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
POUND is designed for all fitness levels and provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosopy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Kickboxing

Incorporates functional total body cardio and circuit training, burning massive amounts of calories and uses every muscle group. Builds stamina & endurance, relieves stress, releases feel-good endorphins, and strengthens your heart. We use gloves, mits, heavy bags and shields to get you in your best shape.

Low Impact

Give hard worked muscles a chance to recover with an active recovery class. This class utilizes yoga and stretching to give you a chance to get a good workout in while still recovering from some hard workouts.

Open Format

These are our foundational classes focused on burning calories through varied formats every day, including cardio and strength total body training. Every class is different and participants will experience a motivating, driven and supportive community to train with.

Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Training

For kids and adults alike! For those who have a competitive spirit, obstacle course races provide a worthy athletic outlet. Training for OCR encourages participants to work together to overcome obstacles and achieve success in a group environment while developing friendships, which can help individuals develop the self-efficacy to adhere to regular exercise. Classes are held in-house to work on OCR apparatus as well as local parks and schools, weather permitting. This class uses strength training combines with HIIT running intervals to mimic an OCR. Equipment used is to create dynamic unstable loads to prepare the body for the challenges it will face during the event.

Resistance

Work your muscles and increase your cardio endurance and stamina with this resistance circuit training class. This class incorporates weights, while your heart pumping with continuous movement. You’ll be¬†targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that improves your strength and endurance simultaneously.
