All of our staff are professionals, who are certified and University-educated in the fields of health & fitness. In addition, we continue to educate ourselves by attending conferences, workshops, and are constantly researching the most current information.

Stephanie Stampfli
Owner/Personal Trainer
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Volleyball and Cheer Coach, OCR Athlete and Trainer, and Sports-Specific Conditioning Coach, my role is to motivate, encourage, enable, and make training fun for people of all ages. I love seeing clients achieve results in their goals, not only fitness but nutritionally, emotionally, as well as psychologically and to help them realize what they are actually capable of.
With determination, consistency and support, anyone can achieve their goals.”
Stephanie is a single Mom of 3 beautiful daughters. She has been athletic since the age of 6 and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

Brie Graves
Certified Zumba Instructor
Brie believes that working out is great for our physical health, but essential for our mental health! “For one hour a day I want people to focus on having fun, working out with me and forget the daily stresses that plague their lives! The brain is just as important as the muscles! That’s why I think it’s so important to get my clients to smile and laugh with me when we shake what our mamas gave us!”

Thomas Johansen
Group Training Instructor
Thomas has been instructing group training since 2017, but he has been in the fitness world since little league. He participated in a multitude of different sports and competitive races from a young age.
Thomas loves to challenge and motivate individuals to be a better vesion of themselves everyday. His philosophy is if you’re not trying, you’re not getting better.

Christina Winters
POUND INSTRUCTOR
Christina is a farmer’s wife and mother of one sassy little girl. She is a graduate of WTAMU with a BS in Plant, Soil, and Environmental Science. She works for the USDA-NRCS as a Soil Conservationist.
Christina loves being active with her family, including riding bikes and hiking in Palo Duro Canyon. She became a certified PoundPro in 2019 and loves to Rock Out WorkOut. She believes that exercises can and should be enjoyable and that everyone should live a healthy, active, balanced life.
